Times Square Travel – Terms, Privacy, and Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

All payments made to Times Square Travel are for travel planning services, booking management, and reservation assistance. These services are non-refundable once the booking has been completed or confirmed with the travel provider.

If a client cancels before the booking is completed, a partial refund may be issued, minus service fees and any work already completed.

Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and other travel providers have their own cancellation and refund policies. The client is responsible for reviewing and accepting the policies of each provider.

Times Square Travel is not responsible for refunds related to airline cancellations, hotel cancellations, schedule changes, or other provider-related issues.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Times Square Travel acts as a travel agency and intermediary between clients and travel service providers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and transportation companies.

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, schedule changes, overbooking, weather issues, or any other issues caused by third-party providers.

Clients are responsible for reviewing travel requirements, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements for each destination.

All service fees charged by Times Square Travel are non-refundable once the booking process has started.

PRIVACY POLICY

Times Square Travel collects personal information such as name, phone number, email address, and travel details only for the purpose of providing travel services and completing reservations.

We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties except when necessary to complete travel bookings with airlines, hotels, or other travel providers.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card information.
